About: A luxurious hotel is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sous Chef to oversee and maintain the kitchen operations. The Sous Chef will be responsible for ensuring high-quality production, cleanliness, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced culinary environment, collaborating with different departments to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements: Culinary Degree preferred; understanding of restaurant, room service, bar/lounge, and banquet department procedures; knowledge of basic sanitation requirements and food handling safety standards; effective decision-making and conflict management skills; strong organization, communication, and training abilities; familiarity with financial management, P&L statements, and budgeting
