Position: SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)
About: Unidine, a member of Compass Group, is currently seeking a full-time Sous Chef for the Talamore Woodbury location in Woodbury, MN. The position involves assisting the Executive Chef in food preparation, coordinating kitchen activities, and overseeing food-service associates in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Requirements: Previous sous chef experience is required; ability to cook and prepare food following set recipes and standards; supervisory skills including interviewing, scheduling, training, and performance management; knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures; excellent customer service and communication skills
