Requirements: High school graduate or GED equivalent; Possess a current ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification or equivalent; Two to three years of experience in food production with supervisory responsibilities; Thorough knowledge of culinary arts and safe food handling procedures; Preferred: Culinary graduate strongly preferred, Previous Sous Chef or Head Cook experience
