Position: Sous Chef (Earn up to $70k/yr + Bonus Structure)

Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in high-volume full-service restaurants; open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes; ability to inspire, motivate, and develop employees; proven track record in building high-performing teams; professional verbal and written communication skills with guests, employees, and ownership.
