Position: Sous Chef – Catering
About: The University of St. Thomas, located in St. Paul, is seeking a Catering Sous Chef to join their Dining Services Department directly. The position involves working on both St. Paul and Minneapolis campuses, with a flexible schedule predominantly from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, including weekends, to cater for business needs and event schedules.
Requirements: Three years of advanced level food preparation experience in a hotel, university, resort, or a comparable hospitality industry setting; Successful completion of a criminal background check; Serv Safe certification preferred
