Position: Sous Chef- Castaway Burbank

Requirements: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment; Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred; Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff; Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment maintaining composure and attention to detail; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
