Position: Sous Chef – Cafe Central (Reno)
About: The Sous Chef position at Caesars Entertainment requires a skilled individual who can work on the line, cover for breaks, vacations, changeovers, and callouts. They will be in charge in the absence of the Assistant Room Chef and must maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of cooking experience with some supervisory experience; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; good working knowledge of computer software such as MS Word and Excel; knowledge of culinary departments; maintain high level of sanitation and safety
