Position: Sous Chef – Bistro Napa

About: Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is seeking a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join their dynamic team. The Sous Chef will report to the Chef De Cuisine and Executive Sous Chef, serving as the primary manager in the kitchen in the absence of the Chef De Cuisine. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills to create a motivating environment for team members and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of cooking experience required; experience in a similar role for a minimum of 1 year; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; must be able to lift, bend, reach, kneel, twist, and carry 50 pounds; proven track record with deluxe hotels or reputable free-standing restaurants
