Position: Sous Chef – Banquet Kitchen – Snowbird
About: Snowbird is a unique resort located in the middle of the Wasatch Mountain Range in Salt Lake City, Utah, offering distinct summer and winter seasons and various employment opportunities for those passionate about the mountains and the outdoors.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; 3-5 years of job-specific work experience; Must be at least 21 years of age; Food Handler Permit required; Ability to work stations in the kitchen effectively; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Experience in a restaurant with 200 plus seats; Prior management and training experience required; Computer knowledge of Word and Excel; Understanding of P&L and ability to analyze monthly
