Position: SOUS CHEF (BANQUET FOCUSED)
About: Hyatt, a renowned hospitality company known for its commitment to providing efficient service and meaningful guest experiences, is seeking a Sous Chef for banquets and event services at Grand Hyatt at SFO. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef and/or Executive Sous Chef to uphold quality standards and ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements: In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations; strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills; experience in training, basic financial management, and customer service; proficient in general computer knowledge; culinary education and/or on-the-job training preferred; geographic and schedule flexibility preferred
