Position: Sous Chef at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort

About: The Sous Chef position at our restaurant involves leading the daily culinary activities, coaching and managing the culinary team to ensure safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. The Sous Chef upholds high culinary standards, delegates responsibilities, maximizes productivity, and builds strong relationships with team members, vendors, and guests while maintaining safety standards and compliance with food and occupational safety guidelines.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced knowledge of culinary techniques, restaurant management, business leadership, and food safety regulations; experience in a culinary leadership role preferred; ability to lead daily culinary functions, create and execute menus, work closely with vendors, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety; strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective team management and training abilities; adherence to safety and quality standards
