Requirements: 2+ years of proven Sous Chef experience; strong organizational and cleanliness skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and WEB-based ordering; ability to work in a high-volume kitchen and all kitchen stations; excellent communication and supervisory skills; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods; bachelor’s degree in food preparation, management, or related field; Sous Chef certification preferred
