About: 808 Craft House creates moments worth sharing for our guests and team members. This position is for a Sous Chef responsible for the kitchen’s routine operations and food preparation, working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
Requirements: 2+ years of Sous Chef practical work experience; strong cleanliness and organizational skills; computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and WEB-based ordering; ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and in all stations; must maintain strong working relationships with management and staff; excellent supervisory, communication, and guest service skills required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work standing for long periods; bachelor’s degree in food preparation, management, nutrition, or related field preferred; Sous Chef certification preferred
