Position: Sous Chef
About: We are seeking a creative and dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. The role involves contributing to menu creation, ensuring food quality, and managing kitchen operations effectively. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef and other team members to maintain high culinary standards and provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests.; Physical Ability: Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).; Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
