About: Dave & Busters is currently seeking a Guest Service/Front Desk Agent to join their team. As a Concierge at Dave & Busters, you will welcome and engage all guests by providing exceptional service, guiding groups through activities and games, and being the knowledge master of game types to enhance guest experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in guest service or front desk roles preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to provide guidance and support to guests; knowledge of games and ability to offer tips for the best guest experience
