Position: Shipboard Executive Chef
About: The Four Seasons Yacht I is seeking a Shipboard Executive Chef to lead the culinary team in delivering exceptional food quality and service onboard. The yacht offers unparalleled hospitality and luxury experiences to guests around the world.
Requirements: A Hospitality Management Degree is preferred, with a minimum of 7-10 years in culinary, including 5-7 years in a senior management role as an Executive Chef. Leadership, communication skills, and familiarity with food and beverage operational systems are essential. Experience in luxury yacht/cruise line operations is preferred. Michelin Star restaurant or hotel experience is ideal.
