Requirements: Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; meet store operating policies and standards, handle cash transactions, and ensure store safety; experience in customer service and fulfilling customer requests; ability to coach staff, delegate tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment; strong oral communication skills; familiarity with retail operations and interpersonal abilities
