Position: Shift Manager
About: McDonald’s company-owned and independent Owner-Operator restaurants are looking for Shift Managers to join their team. This position involves providing leadership during shifts to ensure quality service and cleanliness to customers.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience; previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment; candidates must be positive team players with a flexible schedule, at least 18 years old, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
