The hourly Shift Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of the restaurant, directing the restaurant team, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of daily operation.
Requirements: Positive, upbeat attitude and strong leadership skills; willingness to take on a new challenge and thrive on being challenged in your role; desire to maintain high standards around food safety, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality; ability to motivate the restaurant team and take an active role with guest interaction; must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation; desire to learn and a willingness to grow
