Position: Shift Lead – Grandview
About: DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers fast, reliable, and high-quality delivery. Team members fulfill orders in a real brick-and-mortar store for Dashers to deliver. The role involves actively engaging in day-to-day operations, supporting Site Management, and fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; proven success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate a pallet jack, and hand truck; willingness to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate; at least 18 years of age; proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets; flexibility in schedule for various shifts per week
