Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry; proven experience managing a service department; strong knowledge of commercial roofing; excellent project management skills; proven experience as a Site Superintendent and Construction Manager; strong sales skills, with a proven track record of driving sales within a company; excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and establish objectives and goals; strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; a strong understanding of the legal and ethical considerations within the construction industry; a passion for the construction industry and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our company
