About: Arrow Senior Living, a company managing a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 35 properties in 7 states, is seeking a Server to join their team in Springdale, Arkansas.
Requirements: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with residents; have a positive and energetic attitude; be physically active as the role involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day; have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds; assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking as well as after a fall; and be criminally cleared.
