Position: Server Assistant, Food & Beverage
About: IronOaks at Sun Lakes, a premier retirement community in Chandler & Sun Lakes, Arizona, featuring two interconnected neighborhoods, mature landscapes, diverse amenities, and two fabulous clubhouses, is seeking a Server Assistant to support the dining room staff in providing exceptional guest service. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Supervisor.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; One to three months of related server experience preferred; Must meet state and federal minimum age requirement for serving alcohol, if applicable; Current Food Handlers Card; Ability to read and comprehend instructions; Effective communication skills; Positive attitude and teamwork capabilities; Self-motivated and able to work independently; Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; Good time management and organizational skills; Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends required
