Position: Senior Operations Manager

Requirements: 5+ years of progressive people management experience in a fast-paced food production, manufacturing, or distribution environment; proven ability to set and achieve aggressive KPI goals for cost, quality, and productivity; track record of building new systems and scaling for rapid growth; strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support teams at all levels; familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement implementation; proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred but not required) for managing a multilingual workforce; clear communication skills, both verbally and in writing; tech-savvy with experience in using G-Suite and Slack for communication; ability to work effectively with and lead cross-functional teams
