Position: Senior Manager, Operational Excellence
About: Sodexo Live’s Airport Lounge Segment is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence to join their team. This role focuses on elevating the guest experience and food/beverage program management in a premium airport lounge environment. The successful candidate will lead efforts to improve business operations, identify optimization opportunities, develop relationships with leaders, and provide operational guidance. Travel is required to support club/lounge operations. Ideal candidates will have experience in luxury food and beverage operations, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. This position reports to the Airline Lounge Segment Director of Mobilization and requires residence local to a Hub Airport for travel.
Requirements: Basic Education Requirement – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Basic Management Experience – 5 years; Basic Functional Experience – 3 years in operations, operations support, or a related field
