Position: Senior Culinary Operations Manager

Requirements: A four-year college degree is necessary, with a preference for a degree from an accredited Culinary School or College. The candidate must hold a current CDM certification, have a minimum of four years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Sous Chef in an upscale culinary operation, maintain ServSafe and Mass Food Allergen certification, pass a CORI background check, and possess clear communication skills. Additionally, the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and proficiency in basic computer programs like Microsoft Office is required.
