Position: Senior Banquet Chef
About: Marriott St. Louis Grand, located at 800 Washington Avenue, Saint Louis, Missouri, United States, is seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Manager to lead the banquet food preparation staff and manage all food-related catering functions. The individual will be responsible for coordinating menus, purchasing, scheduling, food preparation, and plating for catering events, ensuring a consistent and high-quality product with an appetizing presentation while maintaining budget and sanitation standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
