Position: SECOND ASSISTANT MANAGER (HOTEL ASSISTANT MANAGER)

Second Assistant Managers play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality guest service and teamwork, reporting to the General Manager and First Assistant Manager, overseeing daily operations and ensuring operational integrity, revenue, and guest satisfaction standards are met. This position involves managing housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage departments to uphold customer service and cleanliness standards.
Requirements: Supervisory experience preferred; 1-2+ years experience in guest service-oriented Food & Beverage; College degree preferred; Intermediate word and excel skills required; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Flexibility in work schedule; Strong organizational, project management, and detail orientation skills; Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
