Position: Seasonal Barback/Food Runner
About: A restaurant is seeking Runners who will be responsible for efficiently delivering dishes from the kitchen to guests, providing excellent service and communication between the kitchen and dining room team, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. The role requires clear communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous restaurant serving and/or customer service experience preferred; ability to think clearly, organize tasks, and prioritize under pressure; proficient in communicating with guests and coworkers; knowledgeable of basic sanitation and computer operations; able to move quickly and gracefully throughout the dining room; must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance
