Position: Seaside on the Pier- Line Cook
About: Earl Enterprises presents its new concept Seaside by the Pier located right on the Santa Monica Pier. Seaside by the Pier is a three-level restaurant offering a variety of dining experiences. The establishment includes a deli on the first level, a casual dining area with traditional American fare on the second level, and a stunning rooftop bar on the third level overlooking the Santa Monica Pier.
Requirements: Experience: Six months to one year related experience; High school diploma or equivalent; Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment; Knowledge of food safety practices; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately; Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
