Requirements: 3-5 years of professional work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred; inspiring leader; experience managing teams; ability to indirectly manage and influence stakeholders; incredibly high attention to detail; active involvement in the school community; belief in data-driven outcomes; strong project management and prioritization skills; resourceful problem-solver; growth mindset and willingness to take initiative.
