Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of professional work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in managing teams and developing systems; demonstrated ability to indirectly manage and influence stakeholders; strong attention to detail and community engagement; belief in data-driven outcomes; strong project management and prioritization skills; resourceful problem solver with a growth mindset and willingness to lead by example
