Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Valid Food Handler’s Permit; Knowledge of menu planning and USDA nutritional requirements; Ability to complete necessary records accurately; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; WA Food Handler’s Permit required; Audit and reconcile inventory and financial records; Ability to provide direction to staff; Basic food handling and preparation knowledge and safe practices
