Position: Saute’ Cook – Morton’s
About: Cook II position available at a high-volume kitchen, responsible for preparing food items according to menu, recipes, and guest requests while ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and service. The role also involves maintaining inventory levels, following safety and sanitation procedures, and collaborating with team members for efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement is 18; 1 year experience in a high-volume kitchen; Able to obtain and maintain a Food handler’s card (HLTH card) and any other required certifications; Possess basic mathematical skills; Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
