Position: Sales Manager – Pump and Motors
About: OTC Industrial Technologies, a part of the Pump & Motor Technology group, is seeking a Sales Manager to provide leadership and support for Sales Engineers in the business units. The company is committed to growth and excellence in the industrial distribution industry.
Requirements: College degree preferred, alongside a minimum of 6 years of experience in pump and motor technology sales, or a comprehensive eight years of sales experience in the industrial technology sector; minimum of three years in sales management, with multi-territory leadership preferred. A commitment to doing it right the first time; technical knowledge of pumps and rotating equipment and related systems; detail-oriented with excellent communication skills; valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a background check; strong desire to WIN and dominate the market.
