About: Aaron’s is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. The Sales Manager plays a vital role in the customer service experience within the stores, handling tasks such as generating leads, closing agreements, and maintaining showroom floors. Requirements: Minimum age of 21 years old (18 in Canada); high school diploma or equivalent preferred; strong interpersonal and leadership skills; aptitude for marketing; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and 300 lbs. with a dolly; flexible schedule availability between 8 am to 9 pm
