About: Color & Curl Concierge / Colour & Curl Specialist is a key role at Sally Beauty Holdings, demonstrating expertise in all things color-related and talent development. This position focuses on maximizing sales, customer retention, and brand awareness in the beauty industry, offering color and texture consulting services to professional beauty salons, barbers, spas, schools, and cosmetologists.
Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in the US and Canada; Reliable transportation; Ability to travel for shows and sales meetings; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation; Working knowledge of retail sales, inventory control systems, and visual merchandising; Strong knowledge of POS applications; Comprehensive knowledge of computers, iPads, mobile devices, and social media platforms; Strong time management, organization, and communication skills; Color Certification Test must be passed within 60 days of hire
