Position: Roving Kitchen Manager (0.66 FTE)
About: Districtwide position at Fairbanks North Star Borough School District for a Nutrition Services/Kitchen Manager role, responsible for managing the operation of nutrition services to ensure a quality, nutritious, and cost-effective meal program for students, staff, parents, and the community. Duties may vary based on the position and location filled by a roving kitchen manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; One (1) year of experience with commercial kitchen equipment, customer service, food preparation, and supervisory experience; Mathematical skills including basic calculations; Ability to work with detailed information/data and maintain confidentiality; Must have or be able to pass ServeSafe course within 45 days of employment; Valid Alaska driver’s license and use of personal vehicle required
