Position: Rooms Operations Manager
About: W Hoboken, located at 225 River Street in Hoboken, New Jersey, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Room Operations Manager to join their team. The hotel aims to provide exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards in all operational areas including Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area. Proven leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities; Ability to manage a diverse team effectively and drive performance towards achieving property goals.
