Position: Restaurant Operations Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the 401(k) Retirement Savings Program; management experience in the restaurant industry preferred; strong supervisory skills and commitment to high operational standards; knowledge of food safety protocols; excellent communication and coaching abilities; ability to manage repair and maintenance issues promptly; experience in interviewing and team recruitment; familiarity with restaurant financials and administrative duties
