Position: Restaurant Operations Consultant
About: US Foods is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to build and strengthen customer relationships at the management level, providing consulting on restaurant operations and implementing improvement recommendations. The role involves developing business assessment reports, achieving savings goals, and promoting value-added services to enhance sales. The position requires collaboration with field sales teams, setting and tracking performance goals, and participating in industry-related activities. Travel may be necessary for various company events and trainings.
Requirements: Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Related Experience: Minimum 5 years of previous restaurant operations experience (Back of the House and Front of the House); Sales experience preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal); Ability to prioritize and work autonomously; Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
