Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: We are looking for an efficient and flexible Restaurant Manager to oversee our high-volume, quick service restaurants, ensuring operational excellence and genuine hospitality. The role involves participating in hiring, development, inventory management, sales building, and operational efficiency improvements on a daily basis.
Requirements: 1-2+ years previous restaurant supervisory or management experience required; strong knowledge of cooking standards, food preparation, and recipe adherence; must be computer literate and able to utilize Microsoft Office and general POS functions; effectively communicates through verbal and interpersonal skills; knowledge of recruitment, selection, and training procedures
