Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: The restaurant and operations manager at Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. This role involves working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted restaurant/entertainment scene, communicating effectively with team members and guests, exceeding goals, and overseeing all aspects of the business.
Requirements: 21+ years of age; 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience; proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor; ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience; true leadership capabilities; willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays; ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment with distracting conditions
