Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience; detail-oriented and organized; strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly; flexible to work various shifts including weekends; ability to handle multiple priorities effectively; knowledge in staffing, scheduling, and cost management
