Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Hooters of America LLC is looking for a Restaurant Manager at Hooters of Rockford. The restaurant manages various areas of responsibility including Hospitality, Guest Satisfaction, Safety, Cleanliness, Drink Presentation, and Atmosphere. The role involves assisting the General Manager in ensuring efficient operations, managing vendors and suppliers, selecting and training employees, and overseeing business administration tasks. The Restaurant Manager promotes the business, builds sales, ensures guest satisfaction, and upholds brand integrity by embodying the company’s core values: Show You Care, Elevate the Spirit, Respect Everyone, Values Feedback, and Exceed Expectations. Hooters operates over 450 restaurants worldwide with a focus on providing great atmosphere and service by their iconic Hooters Girls.
Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment; Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training; Must be 21 years of age or older
