About: Wendy’s is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in managing daily operations and staff at a Wendy’s restaurant, ensuring adherence to Company policies, procedures, and standards. Requirements: College degree or equivalent experience in operations; 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry; ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions; must be at least 18 years of age; general knowledge of state and federal employment laws
