Position: Restaurant Manager job

Torchy’s is on a mission to be Damn Good, serving people the best damn tacos, driven by passion, where the motto is ‘Devil is in the details.’ The company is seeking a Hospitality Manager to elevate guest experiences and lead both the Hospitality and Back of House teams at their restaurant.
Requirements: Management experience in restaurants required; high-level understanding of training and development concepts; required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification; ability to lead and foster teamwork; oral and written communication skills; excellent time management; experience in a scratch kitchen environment; bilingualism a plus
