Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in the restaurant industry; Prior management experience required; Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Excellent interpersonal communication skills; Exceptional organization and leadership skills; Dependable and reliable; Must have a reliable means of transportation; Minimum 50-hour work week; Ability to work well under pressure; Friendly, outgoing, and respectful towards colleagues; Strong work ethic; Must take pride in work
