Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; experience in the restaurant industry; strong leadership and problem-solving skills; knowledge of food and beverage operations; excellent communication skills; experience in hiring and training staff; customer satisfaction and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to work well in a team
