Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant manager experience; general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations; ability to manage and direct others, champion change, analyze Profit and Loss statements, and a passion for team training and development.
